He has 24 years with various Nationalized Bank, 8 years as faculty in Staff college, 7 years in teaching International Finance and Trade and Documentation for MBA & MPIB students at PSG Institute of Management. He is the author of 11 Books on Foreign Exchange, Banking and Financial Management, Accounting and Economics.

He has 5 years experience in R & D, 15 years as Industry and 8 years in Teaching. Being a qualified Lead assessor of Quality Management Systems, held additional positions such as DMR and Chief Internal Auditor for the QMS. Published 2 research papers in referred journals, 7 research papers and 15 review papers in National and International conferences and seminars. Organized 12 National seminars and training programmes. Served as principal investigator for a RuTAG, IIT-Madras, Chennai sponsored research.

He has more than 8 years of experience in Industry (Onida) and Teaching. He has Cleared the U.G.C. NET Lecturer Ship in Management, Conducted by UGC, Newdelhi. He has worked with ONIDA and has Academic and Industry Experience. He has published in International & National at level referred Journals and Presented Papers in International Conferences including 3 International Conferences at I.I.M. Calicut and IIT Madras, IIM Ahemedabad. His Research Areas Include Referral Marketing. He has conducted in Training Program for a PSU Bank. He has written an article in the Book titled CRM – in telecom –concepts and cases.

He has more than 10 years of hard core industrial experience in various multinational apparel manufacturing company. Quite a long period he is in association with quality production merchandising department also published research papers in various national & international journals. He has worked as leas internal auditor for ISO-9000-2000 QMS.

He was previously with Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd., Faculty, Department of Textile Structures, Technical University of Liberec, Czech Republic, and Europe. He has presented technical & management papers in various International and National Journals and papers published in the same. Conducted various MDPs & Conferences. Conducted EDP with NSIC, Gawhati for 2 yrs. Principle resource person for MDP Management Department, IIT Madras.

She has 6 years of industrial experience in Counseling/HR and 5 years in Teaching. Presented papers in various International and National conferences / seminars. Her area of interest includes HRD, Leadership, Organizational Dynamics and Transactional analysis

She has more than 10 years of experience in academics. She has cleared the S.L.E.T Lecturer Ship in Management. conducted by the State Government. She has presented papers in national and international conferences. She has published an article in the proceedings of an international conference. She has set question paper for various unversities. She has also been an external examinar for various autonomous institutions. Her area of interest includes Financial Services, Investment Management, Corporate Finance and Merchant Banking etc.,

Mr.M. Gangatharan is having experience of over 13 years in library field in various institutions like Indian institute of management (IIM) kozhikode. He has organized various conferences and workshops and published 10 papers in professional journals, National and international conferences.He has published a book in digital libraries from technologies to culture. His area of interest are web designing and digital library.
